Welcome!

This is a blog about my spiritual journey. The focus from january 2019 will be on my entering the shaman path. It’s exciting in every way possible, and I cannot wait to experience more.

Feel free to comment and share – I appreciate it.

Enjoy!

My garden

I enjoy reading. I do need new glasses, because I find it hard directing my eyes downwards and actually seeing (what’s that called in english – progressive?), but I still do enjoy it. As I might have mentioned, I’ve bought a few books on shamanism. One of them is The Journey to the Sacred Garden by Hank Wesselman.

So I decided to make another journey today (so far, I’ve journeyed every other day) with the main purpose of taking a proper look at my garden. I did visit what I thought was my garden few journeys back, but today when I was thinking about it, I realized that my garden is something completely different.

My garden is not a garden as such, but rather a spot in nature. It looks a certain way, and there are three key elements that are very important. The four elements are very clearly present – earth, water, fire and air. There’s a giant oak, who I believe is meant to be a teacher (of time, I think), there’s a small well, and a fire place. Air is represented by – well, air. It’s surrounded by lots and lots of fog.

I didn’t really expect or wish for anything else to happen today, but I got into my garden very, very quickly (as opposed to earlier, when it’s taken me a long time to even go to the nonordinary world). So I learnt something new today, which I appreciated very much. I learnt how to draw energy and keep it within my body instead of instantly releasing it, which leaves me just as empty of energy as I was before. It wasn’t really that hard, to tell you the truth, but to me… that’s like a wow experience.

I also went searching for my inner self. Might sound ridiculous, and in a way it is – since she is me and vice versa, we cannot really be separate. However; she’s been energetically enchained for a very long time and perhaps that is why she was so keen on telling me that I need to start studying/practising shamanism (read this post to find out why).

I find it curious that the things I would have thought to be very, very hard, are actually quite easy. It wasn’t very hard work releasing her from her boundaries. It was an interesting experience when she stepped into my body so that we could reconnect and hook up on each other again. I really liked when she said to me that she’ll be with me at all times, and she will be there to guide me.

And while we were at it, we performed another energy cleansing. But this time, it was more like using a net pressing it down through our body from head to toes, rinsing the system of whatever negative energy left.

There are so many things I want to talk about, not to mention doing. It’s a good thing I have this blog, if only to discuss some of the things that occupy my mind on this journey.
