Remember I started recording and listening to a number of selfhypnosies a while back? They are set on repeat when I sleep, going straight into my unconciousness. I thought I’d give you an update on how I think it’s working.

It’s quite interesting, this whole thing about selfhypnosises. I listened to them every night for maybe two or three weeks, then I took a break for about a week or so. Now I’ve started listening to them again.

I always start listening to one where I say that I am safe, that I am deeply and unconditionally loved (on repeat for about thirty minutes). After a while listening to it, I noticed that I began thinking to myself that yeah, yeah, and then what? I am sooo safe and soooo loved and lahlahlah, then what? 😀 Hilarious, actually. You should’ve heard my thoughts… I was so blasé. 😀

That’s when I stopped listening for a while.

Now that I’ve started listening again, I also started thinking about differences from before and now. And actually, I do believe that it is a help in raising my general level of thinking a notch or two. Raising my vibration, most would say, but for some reason I don’t like the word vibration. Not to mention it makes me think of a Swedish schlager song from many years ago (Bra vibrationer by Kicki Danielsson, if anyone wants to know), which is way too giddy for my taste. 😀

What’s funny is the fact that now that I’ve listened to the ones I made, I am beginning to feel the need to evolve. I have risen my vibration (!) one notch, to go further requires other selfhypnosies, I think. Seems like my brain is eager to hear and believe all the good stuff that I say to myself, and that’s a good thing.

The even better thing is that I am now thinking of recording some new ones – and when I do, I’ll have quite a few to choose from. At this moment I think I have six with various messages – if I record (at least) six more, I’ll have (at least) twelve!

And the new ones, I believe – at least it’s how I feel right now, will be about my ability to stay focused, to let go of resistance and let in allowance and recieving, that I can get everything that I want, et cetera.

In short; selfhypnosis is something that I would highly recommend if you feel that you need to re-wire your brain from one line of thoughts to another. It appears, so far, to be quite effective, and I like that. To get it done while I sleep seems like a brilliant idea to me.
