Asking to experience
I listened to another practicer of the secret, but someone who claims to have taken it a step further. I have to admit; being the sceptic I am, I have a tendency to not like people who make profit of other people’s desperation, which I often believe it can be. Some could argue that I start from a desperate point of view. However; as little as I like when people spend a long time talking about the benefits of this specific way of thinking/acting, to then start talking about how I can do it too, if only I pay this and that much for this and that online course, book, whatever, this guy actually did say something that strung a chord with me.
One of the things that I find difficult with practicing the law of attraction is how one needs to be so specific. Granted, I have yet to actually begin, but so far, I have only managed to manifest rather specific things. Like being able to pay that car insurance bill, for example. And I’m thinking that it gets so stupidly tiresome, manifesting one specific thing at a time.
The things that I want in life changes – everyday. One day, I might want to live in an old warehouse, and the next, in a house near a lake, and the next after that, I feel that a huge apartment would be awesome.
When the things that I want change so rapidly, it gets very difficult to manifest any of it.
Which is why I intend to manifest a situation where I can experience the life that I want, rather than manifesting stuff one by one. For me, this has very much to do with finances, so I will need to formulate a direction for the experience to take place in.
I like the idea of manifesting experiences, rather than objects. And spontaneously, my ideal experience would be the freedom of choice.
I would like to experience the freedom of choice. The freedom of choosing where and how I want to live, who I want to have in my life, when and where to travel, which pets to share my life with – no matter the cost. I want to experience living a life of possibilites for me to grow as a person, and to step out of the very small bubble of a life that I am in right now.
So I welcome this new way of life, and I intend to live it to the fullest. I want my experience to be full of joy and happiness, financial abundance and security, and I want my experience to be shared with the people that I love.
Doesn’t it sound absolutely lovely?
As for putting a time stamp on this – why not start immediately? Let my freedom of choice begin!
